Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a PREPAID order by sending us an email at nakshatrafarmspkt@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • For Prepaid Orders: A cancellation charge of Rs. 100 will be deducted during the refund process.
  • For COD Orders: Reward points equivalent to Rs. 100 will be deducted from the customer’s account.

Prepaid International Orders: If a prepaid international order is canceled, the customer will be responsible for a 5% exchange fee on the total value of the order, and the balance will be refunded to the original account.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

In rare cases where your order is canceled due to non-availability of stock for over 30 working days, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method, and an email will be sent to notify you of the same.

Orders cannot be altered once placed. They can only be canceled, and you will need to place a new order.

Any order cancellation request will be processed only via email. Please drop an email to nakshatrafarmspkt@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.


Rejection at Final Destination:

If an order is rejected during delivery, our system will cancel the order when it reaches back to our warehouse.

  • For Prepaid Domestic Orders: A refund will be initiated by debiting Rs. 100 towards cancellation charges. The balance will be refunded and credited to the same payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • For COD Orders: Shipping costs for both to and fro will be charged at actual rates. Reward points will be deducted from the customer’s account.

Return Policy

Returns are permitted within three days of delivery, provided the item is unused, sealed, and not damaged. Please drop us an email at nakshatrafarmspkt@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery.

A reverse pickup will be arranged, and after ensuring the product is sealed and undamaged, the refund will be processed.

Please note that a deduction of INR 100 will be made for reverse pickup from the total refund amount.

In rare cases where you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us at nakshatrafarmspkt@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, and our team will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Damages caused by negligence or incorrect application cannot be covered under the Returns Policy.

No exchange or return will be processed in case of allergies, skin reactions, dislike of fragrance, or color variations. (The scent and color of organic ingredients may vary from harvest to harvest due to environmental and soil conditions.)

We highly recommend checking the ingredients list in case of known allergies and performing a patch test prior to use to check for unknown allergies.
